2026 Defensible Space Real Estate Inspections Now Available

Hi all,

As conditions begin to allow for access, Truckee Fire will reopen a limited number of real estate defensible space inspection appointments beginning in early April. Inspections will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis.

As we ease back into the season and balance other ongoing priorities, we ask that you please prioritize submitting requests for properties that have more immediate need, rather than sending all properties at once.
