Measure T - Citizens’ Oversight Committee
Measure T calls for a Citizens’ Oversight Committee to provide oversight to ensure that funds are spent according to the spending guidelines outlined in the Measure T Ballot Measure and Truckee Fire Protection District Board Resolution 02-2021.
Truckee Fire is now soliciting new Citizens’ Oversight Committee Members and Alternates. Applications are due no later than 5PM on November 6, 2026.

Applications are now open!
Truckee Fire is seeking applicants to fill two Citizens’ Oversight Committee member positions and five alternate positions, with terms beginning January 1, 2027.
Community members interested in helping provide oversight of Measure T funds are encouraged to apply. Applicants should review the COC Bylaws and Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures linked below prior to submitting an application.
Applications are due no later than 5PM on November 6, 2026.

Measure T Citizen’s Oversight Committee Meeting are generally held at the Truckee Sanitary District Board Room, located at 12304 Joerger Drive Truckee, CA 96161.
Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to any regularly scheduled meeting at the TFPD Station 91 and at the bottom of home page of our website.
